Packing: PA6 virgin non-thermostabilized (A Grade) is packed into soft special-purpose (polypropylene) containers (big-bags) with multilayer (PET/ALU/PE) polymer liner. The neck of the
liner is sealed with two-three seams. Big-bags are stacked on thermal-treated wooden pallets which passed phytosanitary control and have a treatment mark.
Polyamide 6 virgin non-thermostabilized (A Grade) must be transported in covered vehicles in original air-proof packaging and stored in covered air-ventilated dry storage facilities in conditions that protect against moisture, contamination and mechanical damage of the packaging, at the temperature from 5ºС to 35ºС and relative air humidity of max. 85% and without any deleterious substances.
Increase of water content during storage and transportation is not the cause for product rejection since it is hygroscopic. Before processing it should be dried up to water content of (0,03-0,06)%, depending on the type of processing.
Quality control is performed in accordance with the regulatory documents effective at Branch "Khimvolokno Plant" of "JSC “Grodno Azot”.
Warranty period – 12 months from production date.
